Which is how horses can teach us the characteristics needed to be an strong and effective leader. Full or Half Day Workshops
Imagine a workplace where individuals are inspired, valued, respected and heard. Our workshops bring together the concepts of Leadership, Teamwork and Inclusion to life for your Team. Our programs provide participants with the opportunity to develop authentic leadership, communication and other core skills through experiential learning with horses. Participants work in small groups of two or three and one horse. Together, through positive interaction and teamwork, they tackle various activities to achieve a specific objective.
